Twitter was easy to join, I got set up with an account in few minutes. It is like text messaging.
I think most of our customers are already using twitter. Its a good idea to have it on learn.net and our workrooms. We could follow the Manukau Libraries twitter and know know what happening and listen in, enter into conversation. Putting out message and it all can be work related.
I would use twitter because it seem a easy way to communicate. Customer can use the Manukau Libraries twitter to be in the zone. Just like a newsletter. A place to find useful information.
